Magnitude 5.7 Earthquake hits San Diego Today

Earthquake San Diego Today - The earthquake was felt in several areas of southern California. Magnitude of this earthquake was 5.7 on Richter scale that struck the cities of San Diego and Los Angeles.

In addition to the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, aftershocks of this earthquake were also experienced by some parts of western Arizona and even of Mexico.

Epicenter of San Diego earthquake, that hit the area today, is being said as southeast of Ocotillo at around 5 miles away within the area of Imperial County which is situated around the Mexican border, according to the reports of California Integrated Seismic Network.

Initial magnitude of this earthquake was told as 5.9 but later on a correction was made with 5.7 magnitude and time was told as 9:30 PM PDT when people shook with this earthquake.

Depth of San Diego earthquake today was noted as 4.3 miles, however still there is no news of any kind of casualty or damage reported by any authentic source.
